Enterprise Holdings Inc.’s annual corporate responsibility reports highlight our Governance Council, which helps set long-term goals and helps prioritize issues most material to our global business.
This governing body includes department heads and subject-matter experts who collectively guide our corporate citizenship efforts, including identifying ways to reduce the environmental impact of our operations, reinforce the highest standards of integrity and ethics, and help strengthen the communities we serve through volunteerism and philanthropic engagement.

Additional details on these initiatives also are available in our fiscal year 2019 Corporate Responsibility Report, which was prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 “Core” Guidelines to help communicate our efforts and publicly benchmark our progress. GRI is an international independent standards organization that helps businesses, governments and other organizations understand, compare and communicate their impacts on critical topics as well as key issues, such as governance.
To promote transparency and accountability, GRI asks companies reporting in accordance with the framework to include at least one indicator (G4-34) that discloses their governance structure and committees of the highest governance body, including those responsible for decision-making on economic, environmental and social impacts.
