The Enterprise Holdings Supplier Diversity Policy is intended to help facilitate an increase in the number of minority-owned, women-owned, and other socially or economically disadvantaged small businesses that work to supply goods and services for our company. It does so by providing assistance and a host of tools to help those with buying responsibility to identify, select, and do business with suppliers who can meet our requirements with regard to quality, timing, capacity and pricing.
Mission
Our mission is to partner with suppliers who resemble the communities in which we do business. As a result, the Enterprise Holdings Supplier Diversity Policy is designed to grow and develop partnerships with businesses who are Minority-Owned; Minority Business Enterprise (MBE certified); Woman-Owned; Women Business Enterprise (WBE certified); Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB); Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE certified); Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB certified); ACDBE certified; 8(a) certified; LGBT enterprises; Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) and HUBZone certified.

To improve the levels at which we currently partner with diverse suppliers through objective measurements (including tracking and reporting; training, education and communication; and awards and recognition).

To employ a long-term policy that is consistent with our Founding Values and our industry leadership (including a second-tier program and external outreach programs with advocacy organizations such as NMSDC, WBENC, AMAC, CVOB and NGLCC).
- Global leadership
To effectively and appropriately adapt to various cultures and different business partners as our transportation network continues to grow worldwide (including participating with international advocacy organizations such as WEConnect International, MSDUK, CAMSC and others).
