Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Russ Willey, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Enterprise Holdings Inc., is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s information technology (IT) platform to support growth, as well as introducing innovative technology to improve the customer experience and overall operations.
In this role, Willey also works with top tier technology vendors while ensuring that current and future technical investments and solutions are aligned with the company’s business goals. He also serves on the Crawford Group Board of Directors.
Willey began his career with Enterprise in 1994 as Business Manager for Enterprise Fleet Management. The following year, he relocated for a promotion to Controller of the company’s Heartland group. In 1998, Willey returned to St. Louis to join the Corporate Accounting department. In 2002, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Corporate Accounting Policies, Procedures and Systems. Shortly thereafter, he was named Vice President of Internal Audit.
In 2009, Willey joined the Centric Group where he served as both Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. As Chief Financial Officer, Willey oversaw all administrative areas of the business including accounting and finance, human resources, treasury, tax, mergers and acquisitions, administration and legal. He also served as a Director of the Centric Board.
In 2016, Willey returned to Enterprise Holdings with a promotion to Senior Vice President of Corporate Accounting and Shared Services. He was promoted to his current position in 2019.
Willey received a bachelor’s in accounting and a master’s in accountancy from Northeast Missouri State University (now known as Truman State University). He lives in St. Louis and serves as President and Chairman for the John Burroughs School Board of Trustees and President and Director of the Boone Valley Golf Club.
