Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Mike Andrew is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Enterprise Holdings Inc. In this position, Andrew oversees the company’s global legal and government relations activities and advises the company on a wide range of legal and business issues.
In 2016, Andrew joined Enterprise Holdings to head up the legal department. Before taking on this role, Andrew held executive-level legal positions throughout the global business travel industry, overseeing everything from global operations and customer service to global sales and marketing, product innovation, ecommerce, and brand management.
Prior to joining Enterprise, Andrew was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Carlson, Inc. Before that, Andrew was with Marriott for 14 years in various senior legal positions, culminating as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Marriott Vacations Worldwide. At both companies, he was involved in developing corporate strategy and led geographically diverse teams with lawyers in North America, Europe and Asia.
Before his work with Marriott International, Andrew practiced law at two Florida law firms and served as a law clerk in Florida’s Thirteenth Circuit Court. He earned his law degree with honors from the Stetson University College of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Florida.
Andrew has a strong commitment to social responsibility and community service. He has served as Chairman of the Florida Governor’s Commission on Volunteerism and Community Service and as a past member of the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida. In 2012, he received the President’s Call to Service Award from the Points of Light Foundation and the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation. Currently, Andrew serves as a member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis.
