Enterprise CarShare Expands to Honolulu

HONOLULU (Sept. 2, 2014) – Enterprise CarShare today announced the launch of its service in Honolulu, making it the only public car-sharing operation available on the island of Oahu. With 8 locations available throughout the downtown Honolulu and Waikiki areas, the service offers residents an easily accessible transportation option any time, day or night.
Enterprise CarShare has been on the island of Oahu since 2012 with dedicated use programs at the University of Hawaii-Manoa and Hawaii Pacific University as well as Kaneohe Bay military base. In addition, Enterprise operates 40 car rental branch locations in Hawaii, including 25 locations on the island of Oahu.
Beginning today, Honolulu residents can visit www.enterprisecarshare.com/honolulu to sign up for membership, get information on rates and locations and make reservations.
A special introductory offer is available for new members who join Enterprise CarShare by Dec. 31, 2014. Enterprise CarShare is waiving the application fee and first-year membership fee and new members will get $5 hourly rates on Economy and Midsize vehicles until Jan 31, 2015. Customers can receive additional incentives by referring friends who register for membership.
